Family
Paschen is a family-run business, managed by the brothers Jan and Christian Paschen in the fifth generation. The following generations are already waiting in the wings. Family and family values are therefore always held in high esteem at Paschen. Everyone knows one another. Everyone helps one another. The "Hire & Fire" mentality is a totally alien concept in our company. And that is a good thing. Such continuity, both at management level and amongst the ranks of our skilled and experienced personnel, enables Paschen to develop its product, the library, permanently and to plan its advancement long-term, without having to rely on financial investors. A fact which in turn means that the company can remain securely in family hands for generations to come.
